The Opportunity We are seeking an inspiring and passionate Lead Educators to join our team at Lennox Head and embark on a wonderful new journey with us. As a Lead Educator you will lead, coach, and supervise the studio team/educators through modelling a collaborative learning approach, ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children’s ideas.
About the Centre Harmony Lennox Head is located in the heart of the vibrant Lennox Head community and provides care for 98 children aged birth to 5 years. The passionate and dedicated team create a relaxed and calm atmosphere which brings out the best in children and educators alike. Flexible working arrangements also allow educators real work-life balance to make the most of the Lennox Head lifestyle.
About You
The ability to provide strong foundations for children’s learning and development
Knowledge of early childhood development
Current WWCC
Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
Current recognised resuscitation certificate
Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent) or working towards
